Terms of service

The rules for using Cloudroom. Updated October 4, 2026.

Cloudroom is run by DADA INDUSTRIES sp. z o.o., Wojewódzka 10, 40-026 Katowice, Poland (KRS 0001255122). By using the Cloudroom website or app, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Cloudroom.
  • Keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • If you use Cloudroom for a company, you accept these terms for that company.

Your agents

  • Cloudroom runs AI agents that you control, on your computer and in the cloud.
  • Agents run without approval prompts. They can run commands, change files, and use the logins and keys you give them. With Mac access on, cloud agents can also act on your Mac.
  • You are responsible for what your agents do. Review their work before you rely on it.
  • AI output can be wrong. Do not treat it as professional advice.
  • Your agents use your own model providers and accounts, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or GitHub. Their terms apply to that use, and you must follow them.

Your content

  • You own your code, prompts, files, and agent output.
  • You let us store, copy, and process them only to run Cloudroom, keep it secure, and support you.
  • We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

Fair use

  • Do not use Cloudroom to break the law, harm others, or infringe their rights.
  • Do not use it to send spam, spread malware, attack other systems, or mine cryptocurrency.
  • Do not try to get around usage limits, for example with extra accounts, or attack Cloudroom or other users.
  • Do not resell Cloudroom access without our written permission.

Plans and limits

  • Cloudroom is free for now and invite-only.
  • We set usage limits, such as daily cloud limits, and may change them.
  • If we add paid plans, we will show prices and any extra terms before you pay.

Open source

  • The Cloudroom core is open source under Apache 2.0. The desktop app is open source under MIT. Those licenses cover that code.
  • If you send us feedback, including reports your agents send, we may use it freely.

Changes and availability

  • Cloudroom is in beta. We may change, pause, or remove features at any time.
  • We do not promise any uptime. Keep your own copies of important work, for example by pushing to GitHub.

Ending your use

  • You can stop using Cloudroom at any time. To close your account, email us.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Cloudroom or other users at risk.
  • After an account closes, we delete its data within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

  • Cloudroom is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or what your agents do.
  • Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or 100 euros.
  • Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intentional harm, or your rights as a consumer.
  • If you use Cloudroom for a business, you will cover our costs from claims caused by your use or your agents.

Law

  • These terms follow Polish law. Disputes go to the courts of Katowice, Poland.
  • If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the laws where you live.

Updates to these terms

  • We may update these terms. We change the date above when we do.
  • For important changes, we tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Cloudroom after that, you accept the new terms.
